Students that study Geography will foster a natural curiosity of the modern world, they will be inquisitive about current, past, and future global changes and understand how they will affect people in different environments. Through studying geography students will explore different regions of the world and develop a wide range of geographical skills which help them understand changes taking place worldwide and their own role in modern society.

In lessons, students explore increasingly complex knowledge through the study of located examples from around the world. They will demonstrate their geographical knowledge through the use of complex terminology from each knowledge theme and through their understanding and use of geographical skills.
